Red wine pasta with sauce is one of my favorite dishes. I learned the recipe from online, then tweaked it a bit. I plan my outings in A restaurant where could have my favorite dish. I have collected one more recipe from a famous restaurant chef. I tried the both recipes and came to a conclusion of my own style of preparation is the one I like the best. I love to prepare this dish. First I take ten tomatoes uncut, One cup of crushed tomatoes One cup of tomato attach 1 lbs shredded mushrooms 2 small onions, 1 bulb garlic, 1 red bell pepper, 4 tablespoons oregano 2 tablespoons and last but not least a bottleful of red wine. Preparation: Grind up undivided tomatoes put in a mixing container. Chop up marjoram, bell pepper, garlic and put in with tomatoes. Chop onions and mushrooms to set the substance. Throw onion mixture in a pot and saute with olive oil. Sauté onions and mushrooms, for 5-10 minutes, add to the tomato mix, along with roughly a supply and a half of the red wine. Bring to a gentle boil than turn down to a simmer for 2 1/2-3 hours, until reduced to wanted Consistency, stirring it occasionally. You can also add browned ground beef if you want...or ground turkey for a less fattening version. Open up another bottle of wine and enjoy.
