Spaghetti

My favorite wine recipe is spaghetti with meat balls. To prepare we need wine,thin spaghetti and meat. we need to boil the spagetti in boiled water with salt and oil for 10 minutes. Take the meat add spring onion,salt and pepper and make the round balls with meat and deep fry them in oil or bake it in oven at 250'.Add the onions,bellpepper,fry it and add the spaghetti meat balls and red wine to it and and cook it for few minutes until it is reduced serve it hot. Or put in a casserole dish with a couple different types of cheeses thrown on top and bake in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese is slightly crispy. Serve with garlic toast and a side salad and this meal is great for when company pops in!
