Merlot Red Wine

"My favorite wine is MERLOT RED WINE. It has a tannic flavour. These kind of red wines are prepared from from black or red grapes. When the juice of the grapes are allowed to have contact with the grapes skin for a long time, it gives the red colour to the wine. Red wines are fermented at a higher temperatures than white wines. The flavour of the red wines are deeper when compared with other wines. As the times passes, the qualities of wine becomes soft. Due to its softness it has been recognized as ""Introducing wine"" for new red wine drinkers. Red wines need to be served at a warmer temperature."
