Italian Chicken Marsala

In my opinion, the best recipe that contains wine is Chicken Marsala. This Italian dish is absolutely delicious with mushrooms, chicken and my favorite wine, Marsala. The way I like to cook it is by first coating the chicken breasts in plain white flour. Next, I add a little oil to a pain on medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown. I like to make the Marsala sauce by adding some of the wine to the pan along with mushrooms, onions and my special touch of spices. Once the sauce has thickened up, I like to pour it over my chicken and serve it on the side with some potato wedges. I take the potatoes and peel them, slice them, then coat them in vegetable oil with rosemary. I bake them in the oven at 375 until they start to turn brown. This side dish goes perfect with the Chicken Marsala. On occasion, I will cut up the potatoes and put them in the Marsala wine sauce along with the mushrooms, onions and spices. I would recommend this dish for anyone who enjoys Italian food!
