Happy Dee's Fabulous Marsala Chicken

yummy chicken marsala
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup of heavy cream
1 small chopped onion
1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup marsala wine
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Saute onions in oil till golden.
2. Add mushrooms, saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add chicken, and cook covered, turning over to brown both sides.
4. Add marsala wine and cover, simmer until chicken is cooked.
5. Remove chicken, turn up heat, and cream and reduce until cream thickens.
6. Add chicken and simmer in sauce. Serve over pasta, rice or rissoto.
