Decent cheese ball recipe

Several years ago, I looked for a decent cheese ball recipe and got this one off the Internet. Ever since, it's been sitting in my clipped recipe folder sitting on top of my fridge. First, get a large mixing bowl and put together sixteen ounces of cream cheese (get philadelphia...don't be cheap), three cups of shredded Cheddar cheese, and a one ounce package of Hill Valley Ranch dressing mix. Mix these together until they are uniform, then mold them into balls. I usually opt for two smaller ones rather than one large one, because they settle in the fridge faster. After they are made, put two cups of chopped pecans on a cookie sheet and roll the cheese balls until they are covered. Do a good job, because this is what makes them look appetizing. Take the time on your presentation. When you finish, pop them in the fridge for a few hours. Take them out, put some Keebler crackers around them, and enjoy!
