"My favourite wine da vinci wine Like all good Italian red wines, it begins with the alluring aromas of ripe, juicy plums, and black cherries mingling with Chianti’s signature hint of pepper. Soft tannins carry forth onto the palate, where the rich fruit flavors grow deeper…riper…even juicier. A touch of earthy comfort is introduced at the last second, as fruit, spice and minerals mingle on the moderate finish. DaVinci is equally suitable as a ""starter"" Italian red wine as it is for a dinner party with seasoned red wine connoisseurs.

It is jucy without being too jammy. The soft tannins make this a great wine for those who do not usually like Chianti. I uncorked my bottle 30 minutes before serving and the flavors really opened up. The wine is made of Sangiovese, with 10% Merlot and 5% Syrah grapes."
