Cornbread Casserole

My favorite recipe is one that I make for every family gathering, it is always requested and I always oblige. I simply call it cornbread casserole. So simple and so delicious, it is definitely comfort food and goes with everything from fried chicken, pasta to barbeque. The ingredients include one can of whole Kernel corn; one can of creamed corn, 16 oz. of sour cream, one stick of butter melted and one box of jiffy corn muffin mix. Throw it all in a bowl, stir till well mixed and pour into a greased casserole pan. Bake for 90 minutes at 350 degrees and enjoy. Everyone loves this recipe and it is so simple to make and take. It doesn't have wine in it, but a nice bottle of white goes great along side of it! :-)
