Christmas Wine

My favorite wine recipe is a drink made during Christmas Season. I learned this recipe four years ago from the Internet and since then it has been a family tradition to prepare this wine. The reason it became this popular is because of its unique taste and flavor. Preparing this recipe doesn’t involve much effort but the results will be spectacular. After cleaning and washing the grapes we smash them until we obtain a purple color. The resulting syrup will poured into a ceramic jar with 2 kg of sugar. After this step we add water, egg whites, yeast and wheat. The resulting product will be mixed well and the jar will be air tighten for 21 to ferment. After the fermentation is complete we filter the wine from all the other ingredients and the resulting mix will surely satisfy you.
