Chicken and Pasta in a red wine sauce

My favorite recipe with wine in it is chicken pasta in red wine sauce. What do you need for 2 people: tri colore pasta (or whichever one you prefer)- pepper & salt - Italian herbs - 2 chicken breast fillets - tomato sauce from a pack or a bottle - cooking cream - clover of garlic - tasty onion - red pepper or any vegetable you like (diced) - a nice bottle of heavy red wine (a nice Italian chianti is the one I prefer you can get them well priced at the supermarket). - first you chop the clover of garlic and the onions and you put them together in a frying pan with olive oil and a blob of nice butter. - make sure the onions and garlic do not burn but wait till they are glaced nicely - put pepper and salt and some Italian herbs on the diced chicken and add onto onion and garlic - fry them all together till the chicken is done - then add your vegetables and give it a good stir but not too long so the vegetables stay firm - add red wine to top of the chicken and let this cook till it has reduced till half the measurement you put in - add the tomato sauce and cream and stir til all is nicely mixed - finish off your pasta - put it all together and mix it up - enjoy your meal But don't forget some fresh breadsticks or dinner rolls...the sauce is so good you'll want to mop it all up!! Enjoy
