Cashew Chicken Cheese Ball

Taste this Tempting Cashew Chicken Cheese Ball. Add to 8 ounces softened cream cheese: 1 cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1 cup cooked, finely chopped chicken breast(or one 7 oz can drained chicken breast) 2 Tbsp. ranch salad dressing 1 Tbsp. thin sliced green onion Mix well and form into one large ball or about 24 one inch balls. Roll in finely chopped salted cashews. Serve large ball with assorted crackers or individual balls with tiny pretzel sticks.
