Barolo

"My favourite wine is a red wine called Barolo. It is an Italian wine elaborated in the northern region of Italy, Piedmont to be precise. My father is Italian so I have spent a long time trying and getting to know wines. This exquisite bottle of wine varies in price because they are made with a very delicate and exquisite grape called Nebbiolo (I am sorry, I do not know the name in English). They price can go from 1000 to 400 euros. Of course, these are top of the class bottles. In US, I found good bottles of Barolo for 50 bucks. If you want to drink this wine, I advise you to open it and let it settle down for at least one hour. You can drink this food while you are eating meats (steaks mostly), pasta, risottos (it is basically rice cooked in chicken consomme with mushrooms or pepper or bacon, etc). I like this wine because it is strong yet gentle enough so you can appreciate the flavor.
